Back In Black || Blazer Dress

Fashion, Lifestyle

Happy Monday Dolls & Gents!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve written a post, and I won’t get into details too much, but I simply needed some time away. I thought about giving a full blown explanation, but I’m trying not to be so apologetic for my actions lately if they don’t directly affect anyone. I mean, I needed some time away and that’s ok, because I’m human and sometimes…

I’m still not 100% but I missed having an outlet to simply be myself, so here I am.. back in black.

I’m noticing how my style has been simplified over the last several months. It could be a legit change in style, or just my laziness that makes me want to throw on the easiest pieces {lol}, but either way, you can never go wrong with a little black dress.

I’ve been loving blazer dresses lately, there’s just something so sophisticated yet sexy about them that makes it one of the easiest pieces to transition from business meetings to dinner dates!

Yellow Textured Midi

Happy Monday Dolls & Gents!

I’m currently still on vacay back home in Jamaica so sorry for the limited posts, but I’m really trying to soak in every moment before I go back to Miami on Friday.

I shot a few looks before I left and this one has to be my fav! First off, yellow is the official unofficial color of team #blackgirlmagic and I’m a sucker for a flattering midi skirt. I also fell in love with the texture and the added flirty flare of the sleeves on the top of this full Who What Wear show stopper.

Not So Plain Jeans + White Tee

Happy Thursday Dolls & Gents!

I’ve never been this happy for the end of Thursday before. I’m heading home tomorrow to Jamaica for two weeks and I cannot wait! This is the longest I haven’t been home and so clearly, I’m a bit excited lol.

I’m currently trying to put outfits together and thought I’d show you an easy casual look to throw on for airport runs, errands with mommy, girls day out, or for me — trips to KFC! LOL

I pretty much love anything distressed and this denim skirt was a must. Super on trend right now and can be dressed up or down to your liking. It’s a staple piece for the summer so judge me not when you see me wearing it again and again!

I paired it with this cute little crop top that says “dream big” {perfect way to remind yourself to be great, right?} and vans for both the comfort and style.

It’s a twist on the classic “jeans and white tee” look that’ll never die.

Ruffle Me Crazy || Ruffle Cold Shoulder + Distressed Denim

Happy Monday Dolls & Gents!

It’s a new week, which means new goals, opportunities to grow, and fresh starts! I’m especially excited for this week because I’m going home to Jamaica this weekend for two weeks!

AHHHHHH! {insert dancing emoji}

So it’s only natural that I’d put together this look which is perfect for a night out on a summer vacay. These easy-breezy off the shoulder ruffle tops are my absolute favs for the season! I love how flowy, flirty, and feminine they are. I paired it with one of my favorite pairs of distressed denim and studded heels to complete the look.
