That’s the purpose of this blog. I hope that each time you visit Miss. Guided, you will be left with remnants of my sparkles. After which, I encourage you to go out and spread them in your own surroundings.
Whether you intended to come here or merely stumbled upon this blog, I count it a great blessing to have you here. It is my sincere hope that you will be inspired by the thoughts or tips I share with you. Before I continue rambling, I’m Tiffany Segree by the way. I’m a twenty three year old College Graduate with a BA in English with hopes to create content that ultimately changes lives. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Jamaica and left in 2011 to Florida to do some much needed soul searching and dream chasing. I also got married to my best friend Brandon in December 2015, so turns out I made the right choice coming here after all. 🙂
You may be wondering why I chose the name Miss. Guided, and if you’re not, I’m still going to tell you. In the true essence of the word, misguided means “having or showing faulty judgment or reasoning.” Now, while I am sure we may not hold the same beliefs on everything, I can almost guarantee we can agree on this: At some point, we have all been misguided. We fell off track, headed in the wrong direction, or even lost sight of our destination all together. However, when we finally got back on track, (because in case you didn’t realize, we all do) wasn’t it liberating? Well, that’s the purpose of Miss. Guided; coming from a place where I was seemingly lost to now being guided in the right direction and sharing that with you.
I have an incredible relationship with my savior, Jesus Christ who has undoubtedly showered me with his love so I can share it with every person I meet. His word declares that he plans to give me hope and a bright future, and it is with this hope that I can be at peace knowing that whatever is for me, will never slip through my fingertips.
Be encouraged, light the way & always slay your day!
